EDDELV - Deliver empties based on Expert Decking Delivery strategy

Description: Set this to True to deliver empties according to your Expert Decking Delivery strategy. To change this setting, see Change XPS settings with the SPARCS settings.txt file in the Navis N4: Setup, Maintenance, and System Diagnostics Guide.

Expert Decking will not select empty deliveries from a block if the Handling CHE for that block is offline, and you have set the Expert Decking penalty DLVCHE (on page 1) to the maximum value of XXXXX. To allow Expert Decking to select containers for a CHE zone with an offline Handling CHE, you must set DLVCHE to a high number that is less than 32767 (such as 32766).
